Can I upgrade/downgrade anytime?

Yes. You can switch between plans at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

What happens when my scan limit resets?

Scan limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. On the Free plan, your scans reset every calendar month. Unused scans do not roll over. You'll receive an email notification when you're approaching your limit.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid plan if you're not satisfied. After that, you can cancel anytime and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued after the 14-day window.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
