1. Program Overview
AgentReady ("we", "us", or "our") offers an affiliate program ("Program") that allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn recurring commissions by referring new paying subscribers to the AgentReady platform ("Service"). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms"), which supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying referrals under the following terms:

Commissions are calculated on net revenue after refunds and chargebacks. Refunded or disputed transactions will result in the corresponding commission being reversed.
3. Affiliate Obligations
By participating in the Program, you agree to the following:
- Promote AgentReady honestly and accurately, and comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, and disclosure laws in your jurisdiction
- Include a clear FTC-compliant disclosure of your affiliate relationship when promoting the Service to audiences in the United States
- Do not engage in misleading, deceptive, or spammy marketing practices, including unsolicited bulk emails, fabricated testimonials, or exaggerated claims about the Service
- Do not bid on "AgentReady" branded keywords (including "AgentReady", "Agent Ready", or variations) in paid search advertising without prior written permission from AgentReady
- Do not create fake accounts, self-refer, use bots or click farms, or engage in any activity designed to generate fraudulent conversions or inflate commissions
- Do not represent yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative of AgentReady
4. Program Modifications
We reserve the right to modify any aspect of the Program, including but not limited to commission rates, cookie duration, payout thresholds, and program rules. Material changes will be communicated via email to active affiliates at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We may also terminate the accounts of affiliates found to be in violation of these Affiliate Terms at any time and without prior notice.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time:
- By Affiliate: You may withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting us at legal@agentready.site.
- By AgentReady: We may terminate your participation immediately and without notice for violation of these Affiliate Terms. We may also terminate for any reason with reasonable written notice.
- Outstanding Commissions: Upon termination, earned commissions that have cleared the 30-day hold period and meet the minimum payout threshold will still be paid out in the next scheduled payout cycle.
- Fraudulent Commissions: Any commissions earned through fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activity will be forfeited in full, regardless of amount or hold status.
Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links and cease use of any AgentReady branding or marketing materials.
